What do all of those TLA's mean?

Well, first off, a TLA is a "Three-Letter-Acronym." We get these questions so often, we decided to feature it in our monthly newsletter. Here are some short definitions:
CRM = Customer Relationship Management
CMS = Content Management System - Usually something you use to manage the pages on your website.
SEO =Search Engine Optimization - The way you build your website so that search engines gobble the pages up and show them to visitors ahead of your competition.
SEM = Search Engine Marketing - A form of Internet marketing where you pay for clicks, placements, and advertising for your website's visibility.
CDN = Content Delivery Network - A way to distribute your website content (images, videos, documents) so they are served from the nearest server to your visitor. (The big boys do this and the technique is used on our newsletter, too)
