Defining Your Business
Creating a proposal doesn't have to be such a daunting task if you prepare yourself for it. How often are you creating a proposal and think this project is just like a previous project you quoted. Controlling a Library of items that you can pick and choose from while tracking the quantity and Resource Hours needed to complete that item with give you a baseline that anyone in your company can create a Project Proposal.
Proposal Generation
Generating a proposal will become quicker and easier with each one you create. With the ability to store services and products in a library with a default time per Resource and cost tied to each Library Item it becomes as simple as a tree view select and a quantity update. Each Library item stores a Proposal and Resource Description that allows you to add canned text to each item. Proposal can then be printing in PDF Summary or Detail format, or to a Word Document for easy review and emailing to client.
Proposal to Project Conversion
Approved Proposal can be easily converted to a project. The conversion process allows Managers to select which employee with be the task Resource for the Project. Once the conversion is process each employee selected with be assign to the project task with a calculated due date. Managers can view, add, and edit Project task while tracking progress through task logged reports and graphs.
Employee Time Tracking
Each employee has their own secure login into the system allowing them to login view and print task list and also track time on each time. Management can then print time sheets for each employee on a weekly basis. Time Management also includes an approval process that project managers can approve hours before submitted to Administration.
