This site was created by High Power Consulting. It is a Content Management System (CMS): all of the content in this site is stored in a database and can be managed without having to call a web developer (well, we ARE web developers). This site is written on top of our PowerBase 2010 CMS and allows us to get entire websites up and running very quickly.
This site was built using ASP.NET MVC 1.0 with Visual Studio 2008 with C# code-behind. The data is resting comfortably in SQL Server 2008. We even used some full-text search indexing in our site search. That means, that when ever we update page content, titles, etc. the search is always in sync.
